We now accept CIGNA and UHC Dental Insurance- contact our office if you have questions about your benefits.
We accept nearly all dental insurance plans and will submit the paperwork needed for you to receive reimbursement.
We work closely with your insurance company to determine estimates of coverage amounts, including any out-of-pocket costs.
We are able to submit your insurance claim for you, and in almost every case, your insurance company will pay us directly.

Will my dental care be more expensive?
We work for our patients, not for the dental insurance company. Unfortunately, the standard of care as outlined by most dental insurance plans is inadequate for most patients. Dr. Harper will educate you on your condition and the treatment options available so that you can select the one that fits your long-term goals and budget. Patients come to our Poquoson dental office because they know they are getting the best value.
Will dental insurance cover my treatment?
Dental insurance is not like health insurance and many of the services we offer are not covered. Dental insurance typically covers the cost of preventive services such as routine examinations, X-rays, and teeth cleanings.
